Genealogy Detectives Workshop

Are you someone who likes family history?  Do you need help getting organized in your genealogy work?  Do you find it difficult to go to research libraries because they are only open during the week or hours that are inconvenient to you?  Then participate in the Mower County Historical Society’s Genealogy Detectives Workshop on Saturday, February 16 from 9 AM to 2:30 PM.

Participants will receive some information on getting organized with their genealogy work and then be allowed to spend most of the time being a genealogy detective in search of their family history.  Preregistration is required and space is limited to first 8 paid registrations.   This will allow us to provide the most one on one assistance that we can to participants.  The registration fee includes:  20 free copies, class handouts, internet access, and access to all our library collections.  Registration fees are $25 for current MCHS members and $30 for non-members.
