The Austin Daily Herald is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming phone calls, greeting customers, answering circulation requests, assisting with community questions, data entry and providing office support for our advertising team.
 
Work Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
 
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to multitask
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Professional phone and in person etiquette
