Income Potential
Our compensation plan rewards results. First-year earnings typically range from $36,000-$54,000+, with significant growth potential as your book of business expands.
What You'll Do

• Get licensed within 45 days after hire date
• Meet with prospective clients and identify insurance needs
• Develop and present customized insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on agency-provided leads and referrals
• Generate quotes and close new business
• Review existing policies and identify additional coverage opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support

• Sales experience or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable with a willingness to learn
