About Us
Nexus Family Healing (Gerard Campus) is a residential and outpatient mental health organization serving youth and families in Austin, Minnesota. The campus provides trauma-informed behavioral and mental health services designed to support children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric challenges. Programs include residential treatment, outpatient therapy, family counseling, crisis stabilization, and community-based mental health services.
The Gerard Campus offers a structured, therapeutic environment where youth receive individualized care plans that may include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, psychiatric services, and educational support through an on-campus school program. Services are focused on helping individuals build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen family relationships in a safe and supportive setting.
The facility operates on a historic campus setting that emphasizes healing through connection, structure, and evidence-based treatment approaches. Nexus Family Healing works closely with counties, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and support long-term recovery and stability for youth and families in need.
