We’re seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Journeyman Lineworker to support the Cooperative’s mission of providing safe, reliable, and efficient electric service. As a key member of our Operations team, you’ll work hands-on to construct, maintain, and repair both overhead and underground distribution systems while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This role is essential to ensuring our members receive the dependable service they count on every day.
The successful candidate must have completed an accredited lineworker curriculum from a vocational institution, achieved Journeyman status through an approved apprenticeship program, possess a valid Minnesota Class A CDL, and medical card. This position is an hourly, union position.
The starting pay rate for the position is $53.08 per hour.
(Effective 4/20/2026 the pay rate will increase to $55.20 per hour.)
